What our clients say

Trusted by families across the North West

Craig has been an exceptional occupational therapist whose knowledge, experience, and compassionate approach have made a profound difference in my mum’s recovery. At 86, she underwent a very serious hip operation that came with significant risks. The journey over the last 7 weeks has not been easy & she has essentially had to learn to walk again. Craig has supported her every step of the way, providing not only the right practical skills and rehabilitation techniques but also the encouragement and reassurance she has needed to regain her confidence. His ability to tailor his approach to her needs, while steadily building her strength and independence, has been invaluable. Thanks to Craig’s dedication, calm & kind nature, plus his expertise, my mum is making remarkable progress. We are incredibly grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism he has shown throughout her recovery.

Frailty Fighters 12‑Week Starter Programme I recently completed the Frailty Fighters 12‑week starter programme, and it has made a significant difference to my strength, balance, and day‑to‑day independence. Before starting, I was becoming increasingly unsteady on my feet and found myself relying on others more than I wanted to. Over the course of the programme, I’ve gained confidence, stability, and the ability to manage everyday tasks with far less difficulty. The exercises were straightforward, well explained, and designed with people my age in mind. I never felt rushed or pushed beyond what was safe, but I could clearly feel myself progressing each week. I now move around my home more securely, get up from chairs with ease, and feel much more capable when out and about. Completing this programme has given me a renewed sense of independence and control over my own wellbeing. I would highly recommend Frailty Fighters to anyone looking to improve their mobility, strength, and confidence as they get older.

Craig is outstanding dealing with practical problems and providing solutions. A very easy friendly manner he gets his important message across to try to help us not falling and stay out of hospital. Both of us have seen significant improvements in our mobility over the past few weeks. Would highly recommend these classes to anyone with mobility problems. Looking forward to the next 12 week sessions
